In stroke play, a player marks the position of the ball on the putting green, lifts the ball and sets it aside.
By mistake, she putts the ball from the spot at which she set it aside.
What is the ruling?

Two stroke penalty and she must correct the error before teeing off the next tee or she is disqualified.
Two stroke penalty and the stroke counts.
One stroke penalty and the stroke counts.
No penalty since it was an honest mistake.
